Digital Designer

At DDB, one of Greece’s leading advertising groups with 68 years of creative history, we’re looking for a Digital Designer to join IGNOTA — one of our specialized companies focused on digital content and product design.

This role is ideal for a designer who wants to go beyond static visuals and be part of a design-driven, product-focused team. Your day-to-day work will include designing email campaigns, websites, banners, and intranet content, while also supporting the evolution of our internal design system.

What’s your day-to-day

• Design high-quality digital assets: email templates, website pages, display banners, and intranet visuals

• Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams

• Apply and extend brand and design system guidelines

• Ensure consistency and clarity across all touchpoints

• (Bonus) Contribute to UI/UX or component-level improvements as part of the product design team

As a Digital Designer, we expect you to have:

• 3+ years of experience in digital design

• A strong portfolio with work across email, web, and banners

• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent

• Good understanding of layout, typography, and responsive design

• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

• Team player mindset, strong communication skills

• Excellent command of Greek and English
