Job description
At DDB, one of the market’s leading Advertising Groups with 68 years of presence, we are looking for a nice and talented Copywriter that will be responsible for creating smart, strategically aligned, and inspiring copy that enhances the creative idea and effectively communicates each brand’s message. He/She will work closely with Art Directors, Strategy, and Client Service, contributing to the execution of campaigns that stand out both for their aesthetics and their strategic consistency.

What’s your day-to-day
Actively participates in interpreting the brief and contributing to related brainstorming sessions.
Creates written content for all media (TV, Radio, Digital, Social, Print, OOH, Web, etc.).
Develops and writes copy for every format, from short slogans to full scripts and narratives.
Works daily with the (Senior) Art Director to jointly shape creative ideas.
Revises copy based on feedback from senior creative leads and the client service team.
Strengthens the brand’s identity by maintaining a consistent tone of voice across all channels.
Presents concepts during internal creative meetings or in client presentations.
Produces original, strategically aligned creative content, ensuring originality through database checks.
Collaborates with other creative team members (Art Directors, Associate Creative Directors, Creative Directors) to develop fully integrated ideas.
Adapts writing style according to the medium, platform, and target audience.
Ensures consistency in each brand’s voice and tone.
Executes ideas based on the strategy and direction provided by senior creative leadership.
Contributes to the evolution of clients’ creative identity.
Treats feedback as a creative opportunity to elevate the work.
Job requirements
You must have done this before. We do work for the best and want the best for them. We’re looking for a Copywriter with 3–5 years of experience who can demonstrate a strong blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience writing across multiple channels.
As a Copywriter, we expect you to have:
Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Literature, Advertising, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in a similar role within an advertising or creative environment.
Experience producing ATL, BTL, and Digital content.
Excellent command of Greek and English — both written and spoken.
Ability to write for different audiences and channels.
Experience working with AI tools and LLMs (Large Language Models).
Creative thinking, strategic understanding, and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work within teams and handle complex briefs.
Ability to meet deadlines in a demanding environment.
Flexibility in tone and linguistic adaptation according to the brand.
