Job description

At DDB, one of the market’s leading Advertising Groups with 67 years of presence, we are looking for a nice and talented Compliance Analyst. The position mainly involves organizing, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring corporate compliance strategies and all company procedures.

Job requirements

Who are you:

  • Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Basic IT knowledge.

  • 2–3 years of experience in a Compliance, Regulatory, Risk Management, or Internal Audit role.

  • Fundamental  knowledge of regulations and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO, ELOT).

  • Communication and collaboration skills across different departments of the company.

  • Project management skills for the development and monitoring of compliance programs.

  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language.

What’s your day-to-day

  • Coordinate the monitoring of existing compliance programs in accordance with legislation and international standards.

  • Coordinate the preparation for new standards (ISO) and procedures.

  • Ensure the implementation of internal procedures.

  • Conduct internal audits and reports to detect violations.

  • Update policies and procedures to ensure the company’s compliance.

  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language.

 

 Desired Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications.

  • Experience in Communications/Marketing sectors.

  • Experience in Data Protection & Cybersecurity Compliance (e.g., ISO 27001).
