Job description
At DDB, one of the market’s leading Advertising Groups with 68 years of presence, we are looking for a nice and talented Account Supervisor that will support the management and growth of client accounts, handling daily communication and monitoring the progress of creative and production projects. Manage the day-to-day client relationship and the execution of campaigns, ensuring budget control and high-quality deliverables. Ensure adherence to timelines, strategic consistency, and the effective execution of briefs, acting as a key liaison between clients and the internal teams of DDB.

What’s your day-to-day
Managing daily communication and relationships with clients.
Monitoring briefs and internal creative workflow.
Coordinating timelines and production activities.
Collaborating with all involved teams (creative, strategy, production).
Supporting the preparation of presentations and strategic proposals.
Tracking KPIs and the overall performance of assigned accounts.
Maintaining a positive and trust-based relationship with clients.
Ensuring timely and accurate execution of briefs and deliverables.
Supporting creative and production consistency across projects.
Managing and adhering to project timelines.
Monitoring project KPIs and updating internal teams accordingly.
Converting and drafting briefs into timelines and task lists.
Coordinating creative, production, and media teams.
Monitoring budgets and preparing reports.
Preparing status and performance reports.
Identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Job requirements
You must have done this before. We do work for the best and want the best for them. We need you to have 4+ years of experience in this role and we do need you to be able to demonstrate a strong blend of strategic thinking, communication skills, and hands-on project management experience.
As an Account Supervisor, we expect you to have:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is a plus).
Excellent command of Greek and English.
4+ years of experience in project and client management within an advertising environment.
Proven ability to build trust-based client relationships and strong problem-solving skills.
Organizational skills and ability to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical thinking and a strong customer-experience orientation.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to demanding environments.
Initiative, strong communication skills, and eagerness to learn.
Attention to detail and consistency in task execution.
Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Basecamp, MS Project).
Professional-level English and confidence in delivering presentations.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and basic AI tools.
