Job description
At DDB, one of the market’s leading Advertising Groups with 67 years of presence, we are looking for a nice and talented Account Supervisor. The position involves managing a portfolio of key accounts through a 360° approach with confidence and vision, acting as the critical link between client and internal teams, overseeing campaign planning, execution, and delivery to ensure excellence every time, and managing timelines, scopes, and budgets.
Job requirements
Who are you:
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in an advertising or communications agency in a similar role.
Strong understanding of creative and strategic processes.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with precision and speed.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Hands-on experience with ATL, BTL, digital and social.
Team-player mentality with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

What’s your day-to-day
Participate in client meetings, briefings, and presentations.
Write briefs that inspire and guide the creative team.
Monitor project progress daily and troubleshoot any roadblocks.
Coordinate with media planners, designers, copywriters, and producers to keep projects on track.
Review all outgoing materials to ensure alignment with client goals and brand tone.
Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and client competitors.
Track project costs and ensure accurate forecasting and invoicing.
