Job description
At DDB, one of the market’s leading Advertising Groups with 68 years of presence, we are looking for a nice and talented Account Manager. The role involves supporting the day-to-day management of a portfolio of accounts, acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams, assisting in campaign planning and execution, and ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within scope.

What’s your day-to-day
Ongoing management and coordination of projects.
Understanding client business needs and ensuring alignment with proposed solutions.
Facilitating communication among all involved teams (creative, production, planning, media).
Providing updates on project progress, deadlines, and checkpoints.
Creating progress reports for projects and deliverables.
Monitoring deadlines and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
Overseeing the quality and consistency of deliverables.
Preparing timelines and basic cost estimates in collaboration with the Account Manager.
Daily communication with creative, production, and traffic teams.
Monitoring workflow and providing timely updates on risks or delays.
Maintaining files, meeting minutes, and task orders.
Collecting and summarizing briefs; creating job orders.
Job requirements
You must have done this before. We do work for the best and want the best for them. We need you to have 1 to 4 years of experience in this role and we do need you to be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate cross-functional teams effectively, and ensure the seamless execution of campaigns. Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships are essential.
As an Account Manager, we expect you to have:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field preferred).
1–4 years of experience in a similar role within advertising or client services.
Excellent command of Greek and English.
Strong understanding of basic digital concepts and the fundamentals of design and production.
Problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt in demanding environments.
Initiative, strong communication skills, and eagerness to learn.
Team spirit and strong attention to detail.
Professional command of English and confidence in presentations.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and basic AI tools.
