  • At DDB, one of the market’s leading Advertising Groups with 60+6 years of presence, we are looking for one talented highly motivated Account Manager to be part of highly dynamic client service teams that manage our clients’ business in a media agnostic environment. The role will report to the client service head of the team.

Job requirements

You have done this before, and you have up to 3 years of work experience, and you get all the nitty gritty that come with running communication Digital along with ATL plans both from a content and media perspective.

You are orderly by design.

You are a perfect project manager, and you know how to keep tight deadlines and make sure the process works smoothly.

You are a social media and digital savvy person, you use Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok platforms better than everyone else.

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising or similar field, have fluency in Greek and English language, verbally and written and surely you are familiar with PowerPoint.

Above all, you are nice and talented!

What’s your day-to-day



Build strong relationships as the main point of contact with clients, to understand their daily needs and identify further business opportunities


  • Run and successfully deliver various projects across integrated channels
  • Lead the execution of projects, including client presentations, internal meetings, managing all creative deliverables according to the agreed timeline, resource allocation, and final output
  • Manage timelines to ensure smooth workflow and projects delivery
  • Work with different teams such as creative, media, and strategy keeping them clearly updated on clients’ requests & feedback
  • Prepare performance and/or competition reports to measure the success of social media pages & campaigns by suggesting further improvements & optimizations
  • Monitor competitors’ promo activities in a 360 level
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge
  • Have basic BTL experience
  • Work with micro influencers for creating native content based on client’s needs.
