DDB, one of the market’s leading Advertising Groups with 60+3 years of presence, is making a huge leap to the future. It is merging its business units’ forces,  DDB, Tribal and Rapp into a unified team with the mission to create memorable ideas that make sense at all moments and all channels. 


We are looking for a talented Account Manager with digital background that will be part of the future success of the company by helping us successfully  manage our clients’ business in a media agnostic environment. The role will report to the Account Director of the team.  

If you are somebody that thinks ATL and Digital are two different worlds,   you are not who we are looking for.

Job requirements

We are looking for a self driven Account Manager that can handle media agnostic communication plans.

We are in the ideas business. Our mission is to create ideas that change perceptions, behaviors, stereotypes, always for a reason. No matter what channel of contact we may use, the idea is media agnostic.


Hopefully you have done this before, but if you haven’t its ok as long as you have a strong digital background as an account manager. You have 2-3 years of work experience and you get all the nitty-gritty that come with running communication plans on Digital platforms both from a content and media perspective.

You are orderly by design.  You know how to keep deadlines and make sure the process works smoothly.

You hold a postgraduate degree, have a great command of the Greek and English language, verbally and written and surely you are a Powerpoint freak and you understand google analytics.

You are an exceptional storyteller. You may not write the front row stories, but behind every great ad there are so many stories to be told, from convincing a creative team to go beyond its own limits, to sell a crazy idea to a client, to get that budget approval everyone is waiting for.  

Above all, you are nice and talented!

What’s your day-to-day

  • You will spend quite some time researching the Digital and Social media environment.

  • Determining the wants and needs of your clients will be crucial.

  • Putting yourself between what is feasible and what is expected and managing expectations will be your business as usual.

  • Planning and implementing digital strategies  and assets will be a routine for you.

  • Expect to get your hands dirty, you might need to upload content to a website, post a piece content on social platforms or be there when a crisis emerges on social media.

  • You may be required to present and elaborate on digital and social media strategy to clients.

  • You will want to measure the impact of your work so you will analyze effectiveness of digital campaigns and you will set up a list of KPIs to track for each client.

  • It is going to be your responsibility to prepare and present reports of campaigns on progress.

  • To ensure the highest impact of your work, we will expect you to keep abreast with new trends in digital technology
